What We Make
WOOD PACKAGING, MADE TO SPEC
|
The most common question we hear is "What's your standard pallet?" The honest answer: there isn't one. We build to your load.

|
01 — Foundation
Pallets & SkidsEvery pallet we build starts with your exact specs — size, weight capacity, wood type, and treatment — not a one-size-fits-all template. Whether you need a single custom run or an ongoing supply program, we engineer each pallet around how it'll be used in your operation: the load it needs to carry, the racking or shipping method it has to survive, and whether it needs to hold up for multiple trips or just get the job done once.
Heat treatment (ISPM-15) is available for any order requiring international compliance, so your pallets clear customs without delay. From standard 48×40s to oddball dimensions no catalog carries — if it needs to hold weight and move product, we can build it. |
02 — Our Middle Name
Crates & BoxesDunnage boxes, forging-style boxes, and fully custom crates — built to protect what's inside, however delicate or heavy it is. We handle small specialty runs and large-volume production alike, scaling to fit your line rate without sacrificing fit or finish.
Need ISPM-15 certification for an international shipment? We build that in from the start, so there's no scrambling at the dock. If your product needs a box that actually fits it — not a generic size you're forcing it into — this is where we start. |
|
03 — The Hard Ones
Specialty ProductsNeed corner posts to add stacking strength to your corrugated boxes? We make them any length, heat-treated or non-heat-treated. We also produce pointed stakes from 3/8" to 3/4" thick, hardwood or softwood, in a variety of lengths.
Need to color-code them? We've got you covered there too — painted to your specifications. |
How We Deliver
MORE THAN A LUMBER YARD
|
Engineering, export compliance, inventory programs and delivery — the support that keeps your product protected and your shipments moving.
|
|
Export Compliance
ISPM-15 Heat TreatmentISPM-15 is the international standard for wood packaging material in global trade. It helps prevent the worldwide spread of plant pests and disease, and requires wood packaging to be treated to a core temperature of 133°F for at least 30 minutes.
Our heat treatment meets ISPM-15 for materials bought from us and for your own pre-assembled products for export. Everything is clearly marked with our "HT" stamp, so you're confident your international shipment won't be rejected at the border. We're regularly inspected by Package Research Laboratory to ensure compliance. Export questions? Call 517-784-1779 — or check current country requirements at USDA.gov. |

Pallet Design System
Computer-Aided DesignUnsure about your current pallet or crate design? Need something to meet new shipping requirements? Our computer-aided design software can answer your questions.
The Pallet Design System (PDS), developed by Wood Pack Global, lets us find the balance between functionality and economy. Pallets and boxes are the interface between your handling equipment and your unitized product — so we provide a weight and durability analysis to be sure it works before it leaves the door. PDS helps us reduce cost, reduce product damage, and increase safety across the unit-load handling system. |
